Authors Guidelines

Authors are strongly encouraged to carefully follow the journal's Author Guidelines when preparing their manuscripts. Submissions that comply with the required structure, formatting, referencing style, ethical standards, and technical requirements contribute to an efficient editorial workflow and a rigorous double-blind peer-review process.

 

By adhering to these guidelines, authors help maintain the scientific quality, consistency, transparency, and academic integrity of the journal. Authors are therefore advised to consult the complete guidelines before submitting their manuscripts.

 

Acknowledgements should be limited to individuals, institutions, or funding bodies that contributed to the research. Personal acknowledgements, including religious or philosophical expressions, should remain brief and appropriate for an international academic audience.

 

Publication Schedule

Academos Journal publishes four regular issues annually.

 

Manuscripts are accepted throughout the year and undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Following successful completion of the editorial evaluation, peer review, revision (where applicable), and final acceptance, manuscripts are scheduled for publication in the next available issue.

 

The assignment of accepted manuscripts to a specific issue is determined by the date of final acceptance, the completion of the editorial process, and the journal's publication schedule.

 

Article Processing Charges

Academos Journal is an open-access journal and does not charge authors any fees for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication.

There are no Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, or publication fees. All accepted articles are published free of charge under the journal's Open Access policy.

 

Editorial decisions are based exclusively on the scientific quality, originality, relevance, ethical compliance, and scholarly contribution of the submitted manuscript and are entirely independent of any financial considerations.

Submissions that do not include all required documents will be considered incomplete and will not proceed to the peer-review process until all required documentation has been received.Authors are advised to ensure that all documents are accurately completed and uploaded at the time of submission.
