This paper examines the impact of social media on contemporary communication in comparison with traditional channels. The main objective is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of social media, as well as their role in the rapid dissemination of information and the formation of public opinion. The research includes an analysis of relevant literature and survey data, confirming that social media enhance communication.
